Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and aim to build a long lasting relationship for your special gifting needs. Before the engraving work is done, I will send you a proof of the text before engraving. Any changes need to be “marked up” on the proof clearly showing the change(s) requested and a PDF or picture of the marked up proof returned to me by email. Our customized boards will only be laser engraved and shipped after the laser proof is approved for both sides. After engraving, the food safe cutting board oil is applied and allowed to sufficiently soak into the board prior to shipment. Orders may not be cancelled once the custom engraving is completed. If upon receipt of the order there is a claim for any problem, the board may only be returned and refunded if there is a mutually agreed upon manufacturing flaw or engraving error. If we mutually agree that the problem is the result of our error I will offer to ship a new board at no additional charge. I want you to be completely satisfied with your orders and to earn your trust.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
